Our six seater wooden picnic benches are a popular choice for festivals, food courts, sporting events, temporary bars and outdoor hospitality areas. Each provides seating and table space within a single unit, helping organisers create practical communal areas across busy event sites.

Where space is more restricted, four seater picnic benches provide the same practical format within a smaller footprint. We also stock accessible picnic benches designed with space for a wheelchair, allowing groups of guests to sit together more comfortably. Parasols are available in several colours for use with compatible picnic benches.

All of our wooden picnic benches are supplied fully assembled, removing the need to build flat packed furniture at the venue. We maintain them for repeated commercial event use, steam-cleaning and repainting them between hires.

BE Event Hire is particularly well equipped for events requiring substantial quantities. Our articulated lorries can transport approximately 96 six-seater picnic benches per load, with Moffett truck-mounted forklifts available on suitable vehicles to help unload at event sites.

We've supplied our picnic benches to events and venues including Royal Ascot, All Points East at Victoria Park, Alton Towers, and Finsbury Park, as well as festivals and public events throughout the UK.
