Wedding Table Linen Hire

Hire Tablecloths, Napkins and Wedding Linen

Table linen can completely change the appearance of wedding furniture, turning straightforward banqueting tables into finished dining settings that complement the wider venue and colour scheme.

Our round tablecloths are available in different diameters to suit the range of round banqueting tables commonly used for wedding breakfasts. Rectangular and square cloths provide suitable coverings for trestle tables, cake tables, gift tables, signing tables and other furniture positioned around the venue.

White and ivory tablecloths provide a traditional wedding appearance and work with a broad choice of chair styles and decorations. Black and navy linen can create stronger contrast, while matching or coordinating napkins complete individual place settings.

For rustic weddings, hessian table runners add natural texture and can be used over linen or incorporated into exposed timber table arrangements. Stretch covers are also available for high and poseur tables, providing a fitted appearance for drinks receptions, bars and evening spaces.

Practical products including tablecloth clips and banquet rolls are available for situations where a straightforward table covering or additional securing is required.

Our table linen can be matched with tables and chairs from the wedding furniture hire collection or included within a wider wedding hire order.

If you are unsure which cloth size is suitable for your tables, contact BE Event Hire with your wedding date, venue and furniture requirements. Our team can advise on suitable sizes and provide a free, no-obligation quotation.
