BE Event Hire provides professional stage hire throughout the UK for conferences, awards ceremonies, presentations, exhibitions, corporate events and other occasions requiring a raised platform.
Our modular staging system uses Steeldeck and Prolyte stage blocks measuring 8ft x 4ft, allowing stages to be configured in different sizes according to the venue, available space and intended use.
Each stage block features a strong metal frame with a plywood top and matt black finish, providing a practical and professional platform for speakers, presentations, ceremonies and performances. Adjustable leg options allow stage heights of 31cm, 38cm, 57cm and 91cm, providing flexibility for different venues and audience layouts.
Because the system is modular, individual stage blocks can be combined to create anything from a compact presentation platform to a much larger stage.

Hire Modular Staging For Events and Venues
Modular staging provides flexibility because the platform can be configured around the event rather than relying on one fixed stage size. Our 8ft x 4ft Steeldeck and Prolyte blocks can be combined in different arrangements to create stages suitable for speakers, panel discussions, presentations, awards ceremonies and performances.
Stage height is another important part of the setup. Our leg options of 31cm, 38cm, 57cm and 91cm allow the platform to be positioned at a suitable level for the room and audience. Lower stages can work well for presentations and smaller venues, while additional height can improve visibility where audiences are seated further from the platform.
The modular design also allows stages to be adapted to different room dimensions. This is particularly useful for conference centres, exhibition halls, marquees and temporary venues where available floor space can vary considerably.
Suitable access can be incorporated into the stage arrangement, with stage steps and handrails available where required. Requirements should be discussed with our team in advance so that the complete stage configuration can be planned for the venue and intended use.
Stages can also be supplied alongside chairs, tables and other event furniture, allowing BE Event Hire to support more of the venue setup within the same order.
