The name B E Event hire comes from the initials of Bob Evans who became involved in the event industry in 1972 when he started organising large antique fairs throuhout England. He soon realised there was a need for a reliable company specialising in furniture hire. B E Event hire was formed to fill this need and has been run alongside Bob Evans fairs ever since. During the 90s Bob retired and left the running of the business to his son, Simon and Simons wife Caroline. Now owned by Simon and Caroline the two companies are run with the assistance of Kris Hart who joined the company in 1994. Experience gained at our own Antique Fairs has taught us that from the biggest festival to the smallest party nothing should be left to chance. By specialising in tables and chairs we have concentrated on keeping our costs down on these items while keeping quality high. Our aim has always been to supply quality functional furniture such as trestle tables, folding samsonite chairs, 5' Diameter dining tables, Dance floors, patio furniture, picnic bench, stacking chairs, cheltenham gilt chairs and banqueting chairs at the lowest price possible. While we have always made trestle tables both for hire and sales, we have found that by concentrating on tables and chairs in large numbers we are able to supply our furnitur very competitively. Our range of tables and chairs can be seen at prestigious venues such as NEC, Alexandra Palace, Olympia, Excel Center, Sandringham. We also supply famous events such as Glastonbury, Reading, Leeds music festivals, British Grand Prix, Moto GP and numerous County and Town Shows. If you are considering purchasing small amounts of tables and chairs or any other event furniture do not be put off by our location as we can deliver to anywhere in the UK by courier or pallet network at relatively low cost. For larger amounts of hire tables and chairs we run our own fleet of vehicles up to 44 ton trucks with forklifts for both hire and sales. If you are local and wish to pick items up yourself you will get 5% off the hire price. All our furniture hire prices are for one week's hire including one weekend.
